The Tech Diplomacy
Global Institute
The World’s Premier Institute Bridging Technology and Global Policy
Our Vision & Mission
Vision: A world where technology and diplomacy converge to solve global challenges and foster international cooperation.
Mission: To pioneer the field of tech diplomacy by connecting leaders, driving innovative policy, and shaping the future of international relations in the digital age.
Technology is reshaping global power dynamics and transforming international relations at unprecedented speed. The Tech Diplomacy Global Institute stands at this critical intersection as the world’s premier institution bridging technology and global policy.
We are the first global platform to invite nation states to appoint Tech Ambassadors and unite them under one neutral, multilateral forum. We advise governments on digital transformation, convene global leaders to shape international standards, build institutional capacity, and produce research that defines the future of technology governance.
The Tech Diplomacy Global Institute is the trusted neutral ground where the world’s digital future is negotiated, shaped, and secured.
Executive Education – The Only Program That Makes You a Tech Diplomacy Leader
Technology now shapes power, security, and sovereignty. TDGEP is a six-month executive program for senior government and corporate leaders — two immersive weeks in Paris, four online modules, and a real Capstone project designed for immediate institutional use. Limited to 30 leaders. 2026 cohort now open.
What We Do
The Tech Diplomacy Global Institute is at the forefront of bridging technology and diplomacy through four key activities:

Tech Ambassador Initiative
We work with governments to establish Tech Ambassador positions – senior diplomatic representatives dedicated to technology and innovation diplomacy at the highest levels of foreign policy.

Global Convenings
We host the annual Tech Diplomacy Global Forum and regional convenings bringing together ministers, ambassadors, tech leaders, and policy experts.

Capacity Building
We train diplomats in technology and technologists in diplomacy—building the expertise both governments and industry need to navigate AI governance, cybersecurity, data flows, and digital trade.

Research & Advisory
We produce cutting-edge research on tech diplomacy trends and provide strategic advisory services to governments navigating digital transformation.
