Naima Al Falasi
Biography
Naima Al Falasi | AI Strategy Expert | Doctoral Researcher in AI Governance and Institutional Decision Making
Naima Al Falasi works where AI ambition collides with institutional reality.
Over three years, she helped establish the AI strategy of one of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds and led the team responsible for translating it into enterprise execution. Her mandate reached far beyond technology, spanning governance, operating models, adoption, organizational capability and value realization within a complex, highly regulated institution.
Her perspective has been forged across more than two decades in international banking, fintech, sovereign investment and enterprise transformation. With advanced qualifications in computer science and finance, she brings together technical fluency, strategic judgement and a deep understanding of risk and organizational change.
Naima is a former member of the World Economic Forum AI Governance Alliance and a Certified AI Governance Professional. Through her writing and doctoral research, she examines the questions beneath the technology: when AI enters an institution, who decides, who remains accountable, and where should human judgement retain authority?
Her work begins where most AI conversations end: not with what the technology can do, but with what institutions must become to govern it, absorb it and extract enduring value from it.
