Biography
I am Professor of Innovation, Theory and Philosophy of Law and head of the Department for Theory and Future of Law at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. I also lead the Innsbruck Quantum Ethics Lab and convene QUASAR, the Alliance of Research Alliance of Centers and Researchers Studying Quantum and Society. I head research programs at the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institute, Hamburg, and the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society, Berlin, and advise organizations, governmental and non-governmental stakeholders on ethics, law and governance of the digital transformation.
