The Tech Diplomacy Global Institute will convene the inaugural Tech Diplomacy Global Assembly in Paris on 11 December 2026, at the 3 Mazarium.

The Assembly is the newest gathering in the Institute’s calendar. Where the Tech Diplomacy Global Forum convenes the world each summer at UNESCO, the Assembly convenes the community itself: the day when the Institute’s councils are seated, its graduates celebrated, and its year’s work handed to the next.

The centerpiece of the inaugural edition is the founding of the four Expert Councils: the AI Diplomacy Council, the Cyber Diplomacy Council, the Quantum Diplomacy Council, and the Space Diplomacy Council. Selected from applications received worldwide, the founding members of the 2026–2028 mandate will be presented as their councils are formally constituted and begin their work.

The evening will culminate in the graduation of the first cohort of the Tech Diplomacy Global Executive Program: twenty leaders from sixteen countries completing six months of training in the practice of tech diplomacy.

Attendance is by invitation, extended to council members, TDGEP participants and their guests, Tech Ambassadors, partners of the Institute, and representatives of governments and international organizations. For inquiries, including media accreditation, contact the Secretariat.
