Justyna Pelc

Biography

Justyna Pelc is an engineer and technology executive focused on the commercialization of deep tech, including technologies for the space sector. She is currently CMO at Resquant, a company developing hardware-based post-quantum cryptography and semiconductor technologies for applications in space, defence, and other critical sectors. She also founded NewSpace Marketing, advising deep-tech startups on market validation, go-to-market strategies, and commercialization.

Previously, she led communications at DAC.digital. She founded Innspace, a non-profit developing engineering projects for space exploration, and co-founded the Polish Astrobiology Society. She is Director of Strategy at Space Robotics Society in India, where she co-organizes robotics competitions engaging around 1,000 students annually.

Her experience combines engineering, business, non-profit leadership, and international cooperation across the space and deep-tech sectors. She is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and was named among the Top 10 Women in Engineering.
