Vinayak Gupta

Biography

Vinayak Gupta is a quantum educator, speaker and author with more than two decades of enterprise technology experience in global financial services. His work spans the full post-quantum migration lifecycle: cryptographic inventory and Cryptographic Bills of Materials, NIST-aligned algorithm prioritization, crypto-agility architecture, and PKI and TLS modernization. It also includes hands-on trials of quantum key distribution, including satellite-based QKD, and quantum machine learning.

He is the author of the forthcoming The Quantum-Safe Enterprise & Nation: Running the Post-Quantum Transition, from Boardroom to National Policy (November 2026), written for the people who fund, approve and govern the transition: board members, CISOs, regulators and policy advisers. His interest in quantum diplomacy comes from a simple conviction: no country can be quantum-safe alone, because cryptography is only as strong as the weakest link across borders and supply chains. He is based in Pune, India.
