Dr. Margaret Nyambura Ndung’u a distinguished Digital policy expert holds a PhD in Information Systems and a postdoctoral fellowship, Tshwane University of Technology.

She has shaped digital strategies and policies including supporting the African Union Commission to develop guidelines that supported African countries negotiation of the WSIS +20 outcome document in 2025. She is a member for the UN DPI Strategic Advisory Board, Policy Network of Meaningful Access & ITU Digital innovation Board.
