Nathalie is a leading figure in African cybersecurity and digital sovereignty, currently serving in a senior cybersecurity leadership role at the Presidency of the Democratic Republic of Congo, where she contributes to the coordination and strengthening of national cyber defense and cyber resilience frameworks.

She stands among the most influential voices advancing cybersecurity infrastructure, policy, and education across the African continent.

In her role, she works closely with international organizations, regional bodies, and global cybersecurity agencies to enhance the Democratic Republic of Congo’s cyber capabilities and to foster cross-border cooperation on cybersecurity and cyber resilience.
