Eugenio Garcia serves as Tech Ambassador and Director of Science, Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil.

Previously, he was Deputy Consul General in San Francisco and focal point for Silicon Valley (2021-2024). He brings 30 years of professional experience in foreign policy and diplomacy.

From 2018 to 2020, he served as senior adviser to the President of the UN General Assembly in New York.

He holds a PhD in International Relations.
