Tech Ambassador Global Executive Program (TAGEP)

Step into the front line of global technology governance. TAGEP is the flagship executive program equipping senior diplomats, regulators, tech leaders, and public-interest actors to move from rule-takers to rule-shapers in the digital age.

Across three immersive weeks on three continents – Cape Town, San Francisco, and Paris – participants engage in real negotiations, policy labs, crisis simulations, and high-level exchanges with UN agencies, major technology companies, and global governance leaders.

Designed and delivered by current and former Tech Ambassadors, multilateral negotiators, and industry executives, TAGEP combines practice-led learning, cross-sector immersion, and a Capstone project that delivers a concrete, institution-ready Tech Diplomacy Strategy or Negotiation Brief.
Graduates earn a 10-ECTS Executive Certificate in Tech Diplomacy & Global Digital Governance, accredited and recognized by TDGI, UNESCO, and partner governments, and join a high-trust global network of senior tech diplomacy leaders from over 50 countries.

Limited to 30 senior leaders per cohort.
First cohort starting 27 April 2026 in Cape Town
